Couldn’t be happier with the X50. Unbeatable at this price! It has everything you need for a daily commute and even handles easy trails with some fun. The only adjustment I made after my initial ride was adding padding to the controller compartment to stop a slight rattle. Other than that, it’s been perfect!
Delivery was super quick from the Sydney warehouse to the Gold Coast QLD. The support team is fantastic, responding to queries very promptly. If I decide to order a second e-bike, it’ll definitely be another Jansno!

So far the whole experience is great! I received the bike fairly quick and it only took a couple hours to have it ready to go including the battery charge after watching a step by step YouTube video! ! It's a lot of fun to ride. 🚲
