+ What accessories do I get when I buy a Jansno X50/ X70?

​The accessories you see in the main image are already included in the package. You do not need to purchase any additional accessories unless you want to buy spares.

+ When can I expect to receive my order?

In Stock: Once order confirmation has been completed, shipping preparations will begin, within the following 2 days, and your order will be shipped on the third business day.

Pre Sale: Please refer to the product page for detailed shipping times on pre-order items.

No Stock: Please refer to the product page for detailed shipping times on out-of-stock items.

You can expect to receive your product within 7 to 10 business days when shipped from our warehouse in EU/ US/ CAN.

Please Note: Remote areas and islands are excluded from delivery. Please reach out to our customer service team regarding special requirements or urgent delivery dates and we will endeavour to meet your needs.

+ Where does JANSNO E-bikes ship from?

With some exceptions based on local regulations, our bikes are shipped worldwide via EU/US/CAN warehouses with an expected delivery of around 7 bussiness days.
Parts will be shipped from CN warehouse and expected to be delivered in 15-20 days.
