Bought a bike year ago – some issues here and there – all worked out fine, replacements and everything.
Now bike’s motor completely stopped working – maybe 10month of medium use. After initial response – and after sending all support – pictures and all – nothing has been helped. Only was told that ‘the display’ is not original, and no idea what error 03 is.
So stuck with a piece of regular bike now. Not recommended.
